Currency Exchange in Prague

Please note that the currency exchange services at the Airport, Railway and Bus Stations is a bad bargain. We advise you to make a currency exchange in the City Centre, where you can find the "exchanger" with an acceptable rate in the every street.

In order to avoid uncomfortable situations, as well as fraud, co-ordinate the amount and rate of exchange before you give your money to the currency exchange employee.

Keep in mind, that for currency exchange in banks you will also pay a fee for the operation. Before your trip to Prague, ask your bank — payments by credit card in Prague can be very acceptable for you.

If you do not have the Czech crowns to buy a ticket for public transport (e. g. at the Airport), do not be afraid, you can buy it in the new ticket vending machines that are accepting payments by credit card.
